In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 786db website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services accessible at 786db.io and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform, browses the Platform, or uses any feature offered by 786db.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, withdrawal, and promotional activities are conducted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, inclusive of deposited funds and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or matching deposit amount credited to an Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which these Terms apply.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, placing a bet, or participating in any game, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full. Acceptance is effective from the moment you complete the registration process or, where no registration is required for a specific feature, from the moment you use that feature.

These Terms govern all interactions between the Player and 786db and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. 786db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published exclusively in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version in all cases. No translation, summary, or paraphrase of these Terms carries legal weight in the event of any dispute.

3.1 Minimum Age. The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. No exceptions are made under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above.

3.2 Age Verification. 786db reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. No withdrawal will be processed until age verification is satisfactorily completed. Where age verification cannot be completed, 786db reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonus credits, and return only the original deposited amount to the verified payment source.

3.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. 786db does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is legal in any specific territory. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so entirely at their own legal risk. 786db accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.

3.4 False Declarations. Providing false information regarding age, identity, or jurisdiction during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 786db reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, confiscate all balances (including winnings), and report the matter to relevant authorities if required.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (whether by shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address, or any other indicator), 786db reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Currency. All 786db Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, balances, bonuses, and betting stakes are all calculated and displayed in BDT. No multi-currency account facility is offered.

4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any balance within it to another person. Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are prohibited.

5.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify 786db immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Contact support at [email protected]. 786db will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

5.3 Platform Communications. 786db will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 786db that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5.4 Encryption. All connections between the Player's device and the 786db Platform are protected using TLS 1.3 with 256-bit AES encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way cryptographic hashing. No member of the 786db team has access to any Player's password in readable form.

6.1 Accepted Methods. 786db accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods as listed in the Platform's deposit section at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 786db, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

6.3 Processing Time. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed in real time in the majority of cases. 786db is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or maintenance windows on the payment provider's side.

6.4 Own Funds. Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

6.5 No Interest. 786db does not pay interest on any Account balance. Funds held in a 786db Account do not accrue interest at any rate.

7.1 Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). 786db will not process any withdrawal until the Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership have been verified to 786db's satisfaction.

7.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise arranged with the support team in writing. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

7.3 Processing Times. 786db aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. 786db is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.5 Wagering Requirement. Where Bonus Funds have been credited to an Account, all associated wagering requirements must be completed in full before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those bonus funds will be approved. Real-money deposits that have not been used to meet a wagering requirement remain withdrawable at any time, subject to verification.

8.1 General. From time to time, 786db may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable offer terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds at the expiry of the time limit.

8.3 Abuse. 786db reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has exploited a promotional offer in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting patterns, or coordination with other Players.

8.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 786db reserves the right to modify the terms of, or withdraw, any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any modification will not affect bonuses already validly credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.

9.1 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on 786db — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific market rule and these Terms, the specific market rule prevails for that market.

9.2 Void Bets. 786db reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a market that has been suspended, placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, or placed in circumstances that constitute prohibited conduct under Section 10. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Account balance as real-money funds.

9.3 Casino Games. All RNG (random number generator) casino games on 786db use certified random number generation. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are governed by those studios' game rules in addition to these Terms.

9.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 786db reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the Player's Account. No winnings derived from a malfunction will be paid. 786db's decision in such matters is final.

9.5 Disconnection. 786db is not responsible for incomplete bets or game rounds resulting from a Player's internet connection failure or device malfunction. Bets confirmed and accepted by the Platform prior to disconnection remain valid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786db Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, name, or payment method.
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during registration or verification.
• Using payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity (money laundering).
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate betting outcomes or pool bonus funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such use is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false information about age, identity, or residential address at any point.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or design.

11.1 Commitment. 786db is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. 12.1 Ownership. All content on the 786db Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, data compilations, software, game layouts, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 786db or its licensed third-party content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

12.2 Permitted Use. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 13.1 No Warranty. The 786db Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 786db makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786db shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

13.3 Maximum Liability. 786db's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the claim.

13.4 Force Majeure. 786db shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 786db's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

786db collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

786db does not sell, rent, or share Player personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable obligations.

786db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 786db will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance prior to the amendment taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786db is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section limits 786db's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
